Located right in the heart of town, it’s the perfect space for networking that feels more like a social night than a spreadsheet meeting.
Paid parking is available nearby at Grosvenor Square Car Park or Westquay. But let’s be honest — if you're driving, you’re the designated legend. Southampton Central Station is a 7-minute walk away. Exit the station and aim for the city centre. Google Maps knows the way — but if you’d rather freestyle, follow the crowd of stylish young professionals with tote bags.
The dress code for all our events is simple. Smart-casual. Dress as if you're meeting your friends. Company uniforms, branded tops or anything that screams "I'm here from..." is banned. This isn't a business-to-business event. It's a human-to-human event.

Any professional, entrepreneur, founder, creator, freelancer or influencer who cares about real human connection, authenticity and energy can join. It's not about job titles. It's about mindset. However, we’re not for everyone. If someone joins and doesn't follow our community values, we reserve the right to refund and remove them. It’s rare – but we take our vibes seriously.

Sync is £35+VAT a month and is your all-access pass to everything we do. There are no contracts and you can cancel anytime. Events, group travel trips and personal mentoring are PAYG on top of your membership.
Syncups are after work events exclusively for members. Starting at 6pm, members can network for a couple of hours with actual like-minded people, whilst enjoying delicious refreshments. Events are relaxed, social and designed for you to meet IRL and build authentic relationships and friendships.
You can cancel at anytime. There are no annoying contracts and no commitments. You can easily cancel your account online in two clicks - it really is that easy. There are no cancellation fees and you can rejoin again at anytime.
